Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Evangelize Fin’s AI-first customer service transformation story to partner executives and consultants.
- Support partner-sourced opportunities to improve conversion and revenue.
- Enable partner-led POCs through architecture review and risk guidance.
- Build reusable partner assets like demos and technical playbooks.
- Validate integration use cases for technology partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create a consistent enablement standard.
- Redirect unqualified partner requests to reduce noise in the SE organization.
Requirements
- Deep technical understanding of AI agents and customer support operations.
- Strong communication skills at both executive and practitioner levels.
- Ability to teach complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience in Solutions Engineering or Technical Enablement.
- Comfort working with various types of partners.
- Strong judgment on prioritization and scaling.
- Ability to translate partner needs into product feedback.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
