Responsibilities
- Create complex architecture and technical designs, including data mapping and process modeling, particularly for new client onboarding.
- Analyze requirements and capability gaps and recommend client-facing process or system changes.
- Perform application lifecycle activities including coding, testing, debugging, documentation, integrations, system training, and user-focused improvements.
- Estimate technical component changes, plan installations, and coordinate enhancements and system changes.
- Direct and monitor team members, provide guidance and education to lower-level employees, and conduct quality assurance reviews.
- Ensure project schedule adherence, system performance, project completion, and user satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a closely related field is required.
- Seven years of application development experience, including three years of business systems experience, is required.
- Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, Java development, enterprise architecture, project management, Angular, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, and GCP experience.
- Preferred certifications include Java Developer, DB2, PEGA, Enterprise Architect (SCEA), Project Management, Certified Quality Analyst (CQA), Scrum Master, and Lean/Six Sigma certifications.
- Knowledge of IMS, DB2, Oracle, Teradata, data warehousing, COBOL, Visual Basic, C, C++, SAS, JavaScript frameworks, PEGA, CSS3, mobile technologies, JSON, Cognos, Hadoop, SQL, J2EE, HTML5/XML, and Business Objects is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
