Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to technical problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication around project goals and deliverables.
- Design scalable and maintainable software architectures and integrate custom solutions into enterprise systems.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in BlueYonder Transportation Management.
- Proficiency in BlueYonder Transportation Management is required.
- Experience with A&D Aftermarket is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integrating custom solutions into larger enterprise systems.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
