Responsibilities
- Develop contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.
- Create Amazon Connect flows, Lex chatbots, and AWS Lambda functions.
- Design and develop REST and SOAP APIs using Java or Node.js.
- Work with AWS services and the broader AWS environment.
- Develop applications using Java, C#, Node.js, Python, or PHP.
- Work with Spring, Maven, Hibernate, and database technologies.
Requirements
- The posting states 4 to 12 years of experience and separately lists a minimum experience range of 3 to 7 years.
- Strong experience in contact center development.
- Experience creating Amazon Connect flows, Lex chatbots, and Lambda functions.
- Java or Node.js architecture experience with knowledge of AWS environments.
- Knowledge of Spring, Maven, Hibernate, and AWS services.
- Knowledge of MySQL, SQL Server, DB2, or RDS.
- Application development experience in Java, C#, Node.js, Python, or PHP.
