Base Salary

$189k - $283k/yr

Responsibilities

Understand and enhance the current product, assisting with POCs and sales.
Develop backend services that integrate with on-premise data centers and cloud providers.
Take end-to-end responsibility for technical solutions ensuring scalability.
Identify and resolve software stack bottlenecks to drive product innovation.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to foster team growth.
Influence designs and plans beyond a single project or team.
Propose and execute process improvements to enhance productivity.
Serve as the domain expert for future product directions.
Collaborate with engineers, product designers, and stakeholders.
Operate in an agile environment, adapting to new insights and business needs.
Engage with customers to assist with product deployment and issues.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Over 6 years of industry experience with a proven track record of solving complex problems.
Strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Go, Java, C/C++, Scala, or Python.
Working knowledge of cloud services like AWS or Azure.
Experience in architecting and developing large-scale systems.
Ability to guide other engineers in designing scalable software solutions.
Experience working with customers to resolve issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
