Base Salary
$189k - $283k/yr
Responsibilities
- Enhance the existing product and support proofs of concept, sales activities, and US-time customer support.
- Develop and maintain backend services that integrate with and ingest data from on-premise data centers and cloud providers.
- Own technical solutions end to end, ensuring scalability and reliable performance for demanding customers.
- Identify software bottlenecks and drive product innovation and technical improvements.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and coaching to other engineers.
- Influence designs and plans beyond a single project or team and contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Serve as the domain expert for identity protection and help shape future product direction.
- Collaborate with engineers, product teams, designers, stakeholders, and customers to resolve deployment and product issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Over 6 years of industry experience solving complex problems.
- Strong proficiency in at least one of Go, Java, C, C++, Scala, or Python.
- Working knowledge of AWS or Azure.
- Experience architecting and developing large-scale systems with strong distributed systems and data storage knowledge.
- Ability to guide engineers in designing and implementing scalable software solutions.
- Experience working with customers to resolve issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of Windows Server and its interaction with Active Directory.
- Strong proficiency in Active Directory or Entra-ID concepts.
- Experience in the Microsoft Windows ecosystem.
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts and exposure to Okta or AWS IAM.
- Familiarity with identity security concepts such as users, groups, roles, and non-human identities is a plus.
