Base Salary
$130k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build the outbound engine, including lists, scoring, and sending infrastructure.
- Create a sales execution layer that provides reps with essential information before calls.
- Design the revenue data model, including objects and lifecycle stages.
- Decide on build-versus-buy for the tech stack.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure regulatory adherence.
Requirements
- Experience in building functional systems using Python, TypeScript, SQL, or similar.
- Proven track record of developing tools for sales teams.
- Experience in deploying models into production with structured output and error handling.
- Understanding of email deliverability and cold outreach processes.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
