Base Salary
$130k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build outbound prospecting infrastructure including account lists, scoring, sending, sequencing, domains, warming, and inbox-health processes.
- Develop sales execution tools that assemble account briefs from CRM history, past calls, and market data and convert call transcripts into deal updates, follow-ups, and clean records.
- Create internal agents for research, account mapping, and reporting.
- Design the revenue data foundation, including objects, lifecycle stages, deduplication, and pipeline reporting.
- Make build-versus-buy decisions across the go-to-market technology stack and bring selected agency-managed capabilities in-house.
- Develop the go-to-market system in partnership with compliance teams in a highly regulated, multi-country fintech environment.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining production software using technologies such as Python, TypeScript, or SQL.
- Experience working closely with revenue or sales teams and building tools they actively use.
- Experience putting AI models into production, including prompt design, structured output, and error handling.
- Knowledge of cold-email delivery, including inbox placement and deliverability failure modes.
- Working proficiency in Portuguese and English.
- Exposure to logistics, trade, or cross-border payments is preferred.
