Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable backend systems for observability, architecture modeling, and recommendation engines.
- Develop data pipelines, architecture-modeling services, monitoring infrastructure, and observability layers.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate LLM-based and multi-agent intelligence into the platform.
- Implement fault-tolerant workflows and resilience patterns for mission-critical services.
- Translate requirements into robust platform capabilities with product managers, AI researchers, and technical leadership.
- Perform performance tuning, complex debugging, and technical architecture design.
- Share learnings and mentor teammates.
Requirements
- 4+ years of backend engineering experience at high-growth startups or technology companies.
- Proven experience designing scalable distributed systems and microservices architectures in production.
- Expertise in Go or Python and a commitment to clean, idiomatic, maintainable code.
- Experience building data pipelines, observability systems, and monitoring infrastructure for production services.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tooling, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud-native technologies.
- Experience integrating or working with LLM-based systems, AI workflows, or multi-agent architectures.
- Experience building 0-to-1 systems or products in startup or early-stage environments.
- Demonstrated ability in performance tuning, complex debugging, and technical architecture design.
- Practical experience designing fault-tolerant workflows and resilience patterns.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and proficiency with AI-assisted development tools.
- Graduate-level education is a plus.
- Experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure optimization, or technology stack modernization is a bonus.
