Base Salary
$144k - $224k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, launch, and maintain AI-powered advertising solutions for strategic advertiser verticals.
- Build end-to-end services and platforms from the ground up and contribute to foundational technical decisions.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable system architectures with Principal Engineers and Scientists.
- Collaborate across engineering, science, and product teams to deliver integrated advertiser and customer experiences.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, including agentic AI models, to accelerate product development.
- Mentor peers, contribute to engineering best practices, and raise the technical bar as the team scales.
- Deliver iterative results in a fast-paced greenfield startup environment.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 1 year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- At least 1 year designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- At least 1 year of object-oriented design experience.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years covering the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
