Base Salary
$77k - $107k/yr
Responsibilities
- Participate in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs.
- Analyze code and applications to identify enhancements, vulnerabilities, and security issues.
- Design, install, support, test, debug, and troubleshoot application systems.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups and recommend programming solutions.
- Identify problems, evaluate information, and implement solutions with limited direct supervision.
- Advise or coach new and lower-level analysts and serve as a subject matter expert to stakeholders and team members.
- Assess and manage technology, compliance, and control risks in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in the Financial Services industry.
- Intermediate-level experience in an Applications Development role.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in requirements.
