Responsibilities

Lead implementation projects for new customers.
Design workflows and automation tailored to each organization.
Configure Wordsmith for real legal use cases.
Work with legal teams and Legal Operations leaders to understand processes and advise on legal technology implementation.
Translate legal processes into structured workflows and AI-enabled automation.
Support customer onboarding, early adoption, and expansion into additional workflows.
Partner with Account Management to identify growth opportunities.
Share customer patterns, insights, and recurring requests with Product and Engineering.

Experience in legal technology, legal operations, or process transformation.
Strong understanding of how in-house legal teams work.
Ability to manage customer projects and guide stakeholders through change.
Comfort working across legal and technical domains.
Structured problem-solving ability to turn messy processes into clear systems.
Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with customers.
Relevant backgrounds may include legal engineering, legal operations, legal technology, or SaaS implementation and solutions consulting with a legal background.
