Base Salary
$160k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Run the product across commercial cloud, FedRAMP High in AWS GovCloud, and IL5 environments, including maintaining customized builds of Supabase and Trigger.dev.
- Operate Kubernetes clusters, GitOps pipelines, networking, and observability across environments.
- Create repeatable processes for standing up new environments and build infrastructure for engineers and AI agents.
- Develop agentic harnesses, automated remediation loops, and deployment tooling.
- Integrate customer data and support enterprise deployments serving thousands of users.
- Own platform infrastructure and security through production operation and customer control explanations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in platform, infrastructure, or security engineering roles.
- Experience building infrastructure that other engineers depend on.
- Deep production Kubernetes experience, including cluster operations, networking, GitOps, and upgrades without downtime.
- Experience leading infrastructure through a real migration or scaling event.
- Experience building secure-by-default systems with hardened images, least-privilege access, network policy, and secrets management.
- U.S. citizenship or other U.S. Person status is required; security clearance is not required, though active or previous clearance is a plus.
- Experience with FedRAMP, IL, HIPAA, or other regulated environments is preferred.
- Postgres operations, backend TypeScript, and open-source infrastructure experience are preferred.
- Extensive AI experience is expected.
Benefits
- Base salary of $160,000–$230,000, plus meaningful startup equity.
