Base Salary
$250k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead development of a meaningful slice of the product as an individual contributor.
- Build and deliver full-stack, best-in-category product features.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, co-founders, and other engineers.
- Work with account managers and sales to ensure new features meet customer needs.
- Occasionally join client calls to gather feedback and understand practice challenges.
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of making significant contributions to past products.
- Approximately 10 or more years of experience.
- Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and rapid change in a startup environment.
- Ability to lead development as a high-performing individual contributor.
- Healthcare experience is not required.
