Responsibilities
- Analyze client and system requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, debug, and maintain software applications and modules using Fullstack Java Enterprise skills.
- Design and execute test cases, automate software validation processes, and ensure code is error-free.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Support software installation, deployment, continuous integration, monitoring, and release activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, specifications, flowcharts, reports, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Capture client requirements and feedback and provide timely responses to customer requests.
- Track quality risks, usability, serviceability, delivery schedules, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certifications to maintain current programming skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory Fullstack Java Enterprise skills.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, maintaining, and documenting software applications.
- Ability to analyze requirements, system flows, data usage, work processes, and software problems.
- Ability to develop test cases and automate software validation.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation, reports, diagrams, and code comments.
- Commitment to quality assurance, customer focus, timely delivery, and ongoing skills development.
