Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Facilitate testing strategies aligned with project goals.
- Define and implement metrics for test execution, defect resolution, and testing process evaluation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to improve delivery efficiency and ecosystem integration.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Mentor junior team members and promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce Data is required.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Data 360 and Salesforce Data.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform testing strategies.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their application in quality engineering.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
