Base Salary
$205k - $268k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the transition from deal close to production and take end-to-end accountability for delivered solutions.
- Define enterprise customer setups with Fireblocks, including API integrations, security architecture, and architecture documentation.
- Lead complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule through production.
- Create reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks for AMER delivery.
- Bridge Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to resolve complex integration challenges.
- Support strategic pre-sales cycles through technical discovery and solution design.
- Maintain operational excellence and customer satisfaction throughout delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least five years of relevant experience delivering post-sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments.
- Experience with blockchain, cryptography, Web3 technologies, banks, financial institutions, or enterprise financial systems, with at least one area required.
- Software development experience and a hands-on technical mindset.
- Deep understanding of IT security and proven cloud experience.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and best practices.
- Technical leadership experience, including mentoring engineers or architects and setting technical standards.
- Pre-sales experience in solution architecture, sales engineering, or RFP support is preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
