Base Salary

$205k - $268k/yr

Responsibilities

Own the transition from deal close to production with end-to-end accountability.
Define enterprise customers' setup with Fireblocks, including API integrations and security architecture.
Steer complex integrations across banking, custody, and tokenization to production.
Codify reusable reference architectures and integration patterns for scalability.
Act as a bridge between Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to solve integration challenges.
Support strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design.
Ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction throughout delivery.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in post-sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments.
Experience with blockchain, cryptography, or Web3 technologies, or with banks and financial institutions.
Software development experience and a hands-on technical mindset.
Deep understanding of IT security and proven cloud experience.
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and best practices.
Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience.
Pre-sales exposure is a plus.
Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
