Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead business discovery workshops and translate customer objectives into Celonis use cases, project scope, data requirements, and success criteria.
- Configure data connectivity, extraction pipelines, data models, process analyses, KPIs, dashboards, automations, and operational solutions on the Celonis platform.
- Direct Apollo and other AI-assisted tools, write specifications, validate generated outputs, and adapt solutions to customer context and business requirements.
- Identify process inefficiencies and root causes, lead value creation workshops, and quantify customer business impact.
- Manage project outcomes against timelines, scope, and customer expectations while training users and supporting solution adoption.
- Document solution designs and configurations and develop scalable domain patterns, reference architectures, and best practices.
- Maintain Health and Life Sciences process expertise and collaborate with Product and Business Apps teams on platform improvements.
Requirements
- 6+ years of project leadership experience in management or IT consulting, data or solution consulting, or process improvement consulting.
- Advanced SQL skills and ability to build and configure Celonis solutions; Python experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor, including specifying, evaluating, and iterating AI-generated outputs.
- Strong Health and Life Sciences industry expertise, with knowledge of SAP or Oracle and process areas such as Inventory Management, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, or Accounts Payable preferred.
- Strong customer consulting, workshop facilitation, presentation, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations up to 50% based on customer requirements and project delivery phases.
