Base Salary
$118k - $152k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain machine learning models to solve business-critical problems.
- Own key aspects of the model lifecycle including feature engineering, tuning, evaluation, and calibration.
- Apply predictive analytics and prompt engineering techniques to extract insights from complex datasets.
- Perform model testing, benchmarking, and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ML solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning or data science roles.
- Proficient Python development skills with hands-on experience building ML models.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, model lifecycle, and best practices.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and prompt engineering.
- Solid analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
