Base Salary
$180k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction and delivery of client engagements while multiplying the effectiveness of engineers.
- Design, implement, deliver, and test Android and iOS applications for consumer banking use cases.
- Make architectural decisions, break down complex problems, and establish strong software development practices.
- Collaborate with clients, leadership, product owners, designers, technologists, and users to align technical solutions with business priorities.
- Mentor and guide engineers so teams become more autonomous, capable, and effective.
- Identify and proactively address delivery risks while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Require 10–12+ years of experience designing and building complex commercial-grade software systems and 4+ years leading Agile teams.
- Require expert Android development with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose and iOS development with Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit.
- Require experience with consumer banking, including account management and onboarding.
- Require familiarity with RESTful API integration, third-party libraries, mobile UI/UX principles, and mobile CI/CD pipelines.
- Require excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications include fraud management, KYC, AML, regulatory reporting, on-device biometrics, published mobile applications, and experience with Claude, Claude Code, or Copilot.
- A college degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience, is listed as a bonus qualification.
