Responsibilities
- Execute requirements analysis and solution design for client implementation programs.
- Lead onboarding and serve as the solution owner for Clearwater SaaS implementations.
- Work with Sales on early scope definition, discovery, and statements of work.
- Evaluate, standardize, and document investment accounting and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with Program Managers on implementation change management and transition of client business processes.
- Collaborate with R&D and operations teams to improve solutions, product roadmaps, onboarding processes, and delivery timelines.
- Communicate with senior internal and external stakeholders to guide solution and scope decisions.
- Advocate for Clearwater products and solutions across internal and client-facing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
- 9+ years of relevant experience as a subject matter expert, solution architect, program manager, or in a related role.
- Awareness of SaaS and cloud architecture.
- Proven experience with complex implementations involving multi-tier architecture.
- Deep knowledge of investment accounting and regulatory reporting, including Solvency II, NAIC, IFRS, GAAP, and general ledger processes.
- Experience engaging with senior and executive leaders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
- Excellent documentation, communication, organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Clearwater experience is preferred.
