Responsibilities
- Deliver new functionality and iterate based on results.
- Contribute to and review design documents for upcoming features.
- Embrace open-source culture and contribute to related projects.
- Influence the roadmap and your career objectives.
- Participate in on-call rotations and take ownership of services.
- Mentor and support team members and engage in design discussions.
- Share ideas and knowledge across various technical ideologies.
- Collaborate closely with other squads in the Grafana Division.
Requirements
- Solid backend development experience, ideally with Go.
- Good understanding of storage solutions, especially relational databases.
- Strong focus on developer and user experience.
- Experience in delivering projects from requirements gathering to shipping.
- Ability to write clean, robust, and maintainable software.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers in a collaborative environment.
- Enjoy working on complex solutions and tackling technical challenges.
