Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Solve difficult engineering problems by writing elegant, practical code.
- Own and deliver deep technical solutions while collaborating with engineers and partner teams.
- Create plans, communicate requirements, negotiate priorities, and define success criteria.
- Design, implement, and deliver high-quality customer-focused technical solutions.
- Build AI-powered advertising analytics capabilities involving LLM integration, query generation, and user experience.
- Participate in peer code reviews and provide actionable feedback.
- Improve operational excellence while meeting or exceeding system availability and latency objectives.
- Communicate clearly and foster shared understanding to identify risks and meet business needs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
