Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Contribute to solution proposals for greenfield projects.
- Work with Product teams to understand and clarify requirements.
- Present and iterate on creative technical solutions collaboratively.
- Participate in code reviews and raise software quality standards.
- Iterate on shared AI-assisted development workflows.
- Identify technical debt and weigh its business impact.
- Monitor and support live software systems operating at massive scale.
- Continue developing technical and soft skills.
Requirements
- Commercial experience developing web clients and server-side software using Go, TypeScript, React, Kafka, and SQL, with similar or alternative technologies also considered.
- Experience working with high-traffic production systems and evolving business requirements.
- Understanding of developer tooling, including automated testing and CI/CD systems.
- Experience with software development methodologies and best practices.
- Passion for using AI technologies to improve software development productivity.
- Ability to communicate technical matters clearly to stakeholders across different business areas.
