Responsibilities
- Lead requirements discussions, assess integration impacts, and clarify technical ambiguities.
- Prepare technical architecture, designs, integration approaches, and development standards.
- Develop and configure Guidewire solutions and integration components using Gosu, web services, and XML.
- Support the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, delivery tracking, and metrics analysis.
- Create templates and scripts to automate routine development or operational tasks.
- Facilitate Scrum meetings, manage deliverables, prepare leadership status reports, and conduct technical reviews.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members while collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of hands-on experience in Guidewire configuration and integration.
- Experience with functional and technical systems analysis, architecture and design, process interfaces and flows, impact analysis, and technical documentation.
- Experience with test-driven development, unit testing, application development, testing, and maintenance of programming environments and architectural standards.
- Experience working on Agile development teams using Scrum or Kanban and performing work-product estimation.
- Hands-on experience with Gosu, web services, XML, Guidewire integration and configuration concepts, and Guidewire platform upgrades.
- Ability to design and develop Guidewire integration components, configure PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter, and write Gosu code.
- Guidewire ACE or cloud certifications are preferred.
- Experience with CodeNarc or similar tools and current Guidewire cloud versions is preferred.
- BE/B.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc. in Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification from an accredited university.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
