Responsibilities
- Design and deploy SAP-focused GenAI and agentic AI solutions for finance technology use cases.
- Build retrieval-augmented generation workflows using SAP data, technical documentation, and knowledge repositories.
- Develop Python-based AI services, APIs, and reusable accelerators for enterprise delivery programs.
- Integrate large language models with SAP applications, enterprise data sources, and cloud AI platforms.
- Implement multi-agent orchestration, graph-based memory, and context-aware reasoning patterns.
- Create evaluation frameworks measuring accuracy, groundedness, performance, and model reliability.
- Apply version control, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, security, and maintainability practices.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable AI solutions supporting SAP transformation efforts.
- Review junior team deliverables and guide their work across assigned AI engineering tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 3 years of experience required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- One or more relevant SAP certifications are preferred, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials.
- Experience delivering SAP GenAI and agentic AI solutions is preferred.
- Experience building RAG applications using enterprise SAP data is preferred.
- Experience applying Python to reusable AI services and APIs is preferred.
- Experience integrating LLMs with SAP BTP and S/4HANA environments is preferred.
- Ability to translate client requirements into production-ready AI deliverables is preferred.
