Responsibilities
- Install and maintain server, network, storage, and build infrastructure in on-premises and cloud environments.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and develop infrastructure for building C++ projects, including distributed compilation.
- Automate operational tasks using scripts and configuration management tools.
- Maintain source code management, release management, secure firmware signing, and key management systems.
- Respond to monitoring alerts and provide coverage for critical infrastructure issues.
- Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot problems, improve products, and ensure smooth software releases.
- Maintain technical knowledge and produce documentation for operating procedures, change management, and inventories.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Linux system administrator or engineer with experience across Linux distributions.
- Experience with Docker; Kubernetes experience is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Gerrit, Zuul, and GitHub Actions.
- Scripting or programming experience with Python and/or Bash.
- Experience with configuration-as-a-service technologies and configuration management tools such as Salt, Ansible, and Terraform.
- Experience with Git and monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, and Icinga.
- Experience with AWS cloud solutions is a plus.
- Ability to manage varied tasks in a fast-paced environment and strong written and oral English communication skills.
