Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and operationalize highly available and resilient cloud solutions.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and manage cloud technologies and CAF application infrastructure.
- Build scalable, resilient, available, and recoverable infrastructure, networks, and systems using infrastructure-as-code.
- Perform analysis, design, development, maintenance, and support throughout the software development life cycle.
- Create and manage automated deployments and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
- Consult with internal customers and continually improve the cloud platform and its operations.
- Communicate with management, engineers, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Mentor the team on platform management and reusable patterns.
- Investigate problems, diagnose issues, and automate repetitive manual processes.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices and contribute ideas in an agile environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technology field plus 5+ years of work experience or a master’s degree plus 3+ years of work experience, with equivalent experience accepted.
- 4+ years of experience working in and building infrastructure within a cloud platform, preferably Azure, or with AWS or Google Cloud experience.
- 2+ years of scripting or coding experience with one or more programming languages.
- Experience with infrastructure, build and deployment, private and public cloud, networking, connectivity, storage, virtualization, and access control.
- Experience with Azure capabilities including storage, key vaults, virtual networking, web apps, Azure Active Directory, virtual machines, Azure Kubernetes, containerization, access management, and automated deployments.
- Experience building and deploying resilient cloud architectures.
- Software development experience, preferably with PowerShell, Python, or C#.
- Experience creating and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
- Experience supporting Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Strong attention to detail, problem investigation, diagnostic skills, and a passion for automation.
Benefits
- The role is based in Richmond, Virginia; Plano, Texas; or Kennesaw, Georgia, with onsite work required four days per week in Richmond or Kennesaw and two days per week in Plano.
- Full-time associates receive paid sick, vacation, holiday, floating holiday, and other paid time away benefits, subject to applicable employment classification and manager approval.
- Eligible associates can earn up to 48 hours of sick time annually and between 80 and 200 hours of vacation annually after a 90-day waiting period, depending on continuous service.
- Eligible associates receive pay for six scheduled holidays plus one floating holiday, with holiday premium pay when business needs require holiday work.
