Base Salary
$175k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve CI/CD pipelines to enhance speed and developer experience.
- Scale and maintain core infrastructure, including Kubernetes clusters and PostgreSQL databases.
- Build and manage monitoring, alerting, and observability systems for platform reliability.
- Integrate AI-powered development tools to improve engineering workflows.
- Analyze and control cloud infrastructure spending while ensuring performance.
- Enhance internal tooling and developer environments to facilitate execution.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to address scaling challenges.
Requirements
- Experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles at product-driven tech companies.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tooling, preferably Terraform.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with observability and monitoring systems such as Grafana or Datadog.
- Proven ability to design and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high Net Promoter Score with former teammates.
