Responsibilities
- Design and deploy enterprise LLM-powered applications using Azure OpenAI.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines with Azure AI Search, including vector and hybrid search.
- Develop agentic AI and multi-agent systems using tool-based reasoning frameworks.
- Implement custom Document Intelligence models for extracting data from IDs and structured documents.
- Architect scalable, secure, cost-efficient, multi-tenant AI deployments.
- Develop and manage knowledge graphs for structured reasoning and contextual intelligence.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques including few-shot prompting, chain-of-thought, and ReAct.
- Use Prompt Flow in Azure AI Studio for experimentation, testing, and versioning.
- Design conversational systems with fallback handling and contextual memory.
- Build and manage MLOps pipelines using Azure Machine Learning.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall professional experience with a focus on Azure OpenAI API deployments, scaling, and optimization.
- Proven experience building RAG pipelines with Azure AI Search and working with vector databases and hybrid search architectures.
- Practical experience developing agentic AI and multi-agent systems.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Document Intelligence, formerly Form Recognizer.
- Strong understanding of knowledge graphs, semantic modeling, prompt engineering, and LLM optimization.
- Experience with Prompt Flow in Azure AI Studio and Azure Machine Learning or MLOps pipelines.
- Strong Python and cloud-native development skills.
- Ability to design scalable, secure enterprise AI architectures.
- Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks is preferred.
- Exposure to multi-agent orchestration tools and enterprise-scale AI deployments is preferred.
- Prior experience working with enterprise clients is preferred.
