Base Salary
$152k - $238k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own technical account strategy for strategic accounts and complex sales campaigns while sharing pipeline and revenue accountability with Account Executives.
- Lead customer roadmap sessions, transformation workshops, executive visioning discussions, and C-level engagements.
- Scope, design, and deliver custom technical Proofs of Concept and Proofs of Value.
- Analyze enterprise IT landscapes and architect integrations involving ERP, CRM, data, workflow, AI, partner solutions, and modern web or enterprise development systems.
- Direct technical responses and functional strategies for RFIs, RFPs, security reviews, and architecture discussions.
- Communicate customer requirements to Product Management teams and influence the product roadmap.
- Coach peers, lead field enablement sessions, and develop reusable assets, blueprints, demos, and customer success stories.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Information Technology, or a related technical or business field.
- At least 8 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or related enterprise software pre-sales professional, or at least 10 years in client-facing Professional Services or technical consulting roles involved in enterprise sales.
- Recent hands-on programming experience or technical fluency with Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, or C++, plus database proficiency including SQL, HTML, and XML.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, discovery, requirements analysis, executive presentation, and C-level engagement skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer locations.
- Preferred experience selling to federal or public-sector customers and working with application development platforms, AI-enabled automation, case management, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
