Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and deliver solutions across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Azure AI services.
- Plan and execute long-running, multi-phase migrations, integrations, and platform modernization projects from kickoff through close.
- Design and deliver AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure AI Foundry.
- Govern Power Platform environments, including environment strategy, DLP policies, and application lifecycle management.
- Manage Azure AI Foundry projects, model deployments, and usage governance.
- Implement security and compliance controls aligned with Conditional Access, MFA, and Microsoft Purview requirements.
- Create runbooks, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base content.
- Lead engineering delivery, stakeholder communication, adoption initiatives, and escalation management across M365, Power Platform, and Azure AI programs.
Requirements
- Proven experience planning and executing complex, long-running enterprise migration or platform modernization projects.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI Foundry, or comparable Azure AI/OpenAI services.
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience, including Microsoft Graph API.
- Working knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, mail flow, SMTP, connectors, and identity fundamentals.
- Experience governing Power Platform environments using DLP, ALM, and Center of Excellence practices.
- Demonstrated program or project management skills and the ability to work autonomously over long project timelines.
- Experience leading M&A-related migrations, tenant consolidations, or similar large-scale initiatives.
- Experience with Entra ID, Defender, Sentinel, Intune, Global Relay, Purview, Proofpoint, hybrid Exchange environments, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Cognitive Services, or ServiceNow is advantageous.
- Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert (MS-102), Power Platform certification (PL-400 or PL-600), and Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) or equivalent Azure AI certification are required; security certification SC-200, SC-300, or SC-400 is strongly preferred.
