Base Salary
$236k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build the infrastructure for an AI-native design practice.
- Translate design standards into systems that AI tools can build on.
- Collaborate with product design teams to reimagine Mixpanel's interfaces.
- Connect design to code and ensure they remain in sync.
- Establish prototyping and AI tooling infrastructure for high-fidelity designs.
- Set and model high craft standards through quality shipping.
Requirements
- Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks like React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Experience with design systems, ideally having built or overhauled one at scale.
- Strong design sensibility with a focus on craft and interaction quality.
- Fluency in AI-assisted workflows and related tools.
- Experience with design and engineering collaboration.
- Comfortable operating with high autonomy on complex projects.
- 8+ years in design engineering or related hybrid roles.
