Base Salary
$95k - $159k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design, implementation, deployment, maintenance, and support of complex merchandising software.
- Drive the Inventory 360 initiative across discovery, design, build, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Design and evolve data architecture, database resources, physical models, and persistence-layer solutions for performance and integrity.
- Diagnose software faults, identify root causes, and implement timely resolutions.
- Own software roadmaps and coordinate medium- and long-term work schedules across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with product management, architecture, engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders on requirements and solution design.
- Provide technical guidance, recommendations, mentorship, and subject-matter expertise to other engineers and stakeholders.
- Approve database specifications and ensure standards, protocols, and data integrity requirements are met.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience.
- 7–12 months of generalist supervision experience with junior colleagues.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Experience leading technical design, complex software development, database architecture, and cross-functional engineering work.
- Ability to provide technical guidance, make solution recommendations, and communicate with product and architecture stakeholders.
