Base Salary
$132k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture and design for SAP BRIM, including Convergent Invoicing, FI-CA, and Convergent Mediation.
- Provide architecture leadership for billing, invoicing, payments, cash application, collections, dunning, customer statements, adjustments, refunds, write-offs, cash accounting, and financial reconciliation.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and lead architecture workshops, discovery sessions, design reviews, and solution discussions.
- Design and govern integrations between SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA FICO, Salesforce and CRM platforms, payment gateways, banking systems, customer portals, digital channels, and enterprise data platforms.
- Define API, event-driven, and batch integration patterns using SAP Integration Suite, REST services, messaging platforms, and file-based interfaces.
- Support vendor evaluations, proof-of-concepts, RFP responses, and strategic technology initiatives.
- Mentor development teams and establish architecture standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
- 10+ years of enterprise application, solution architecture, or SAP experience.
- 5+ years of SAP BRIM experience with deep expertise in Convergent Invoicing, FI-CA, and Convergent Mediation.
- Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, payments, collections, cash application, cash accounting, and SAP FICO integration.
- Experience integrating SAP solutions with external platforms, payment processors, banks, CRM systems, and customer-facing applications.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to lead technical workshops and convert business requirements into practical solution designs.
- Preferred experience with SAP SOM and Convergent Charging.
- Preferred experience with SAP Integration Suite, APIs, Kafka, and event-driven architectures.
- Preferred experience in telecommunications, subscription billing, recurring revenue, billing modernization, ERP transformation, or large-scale integration initiatives.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, automation, and AI-enabled business solutions.
