Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across architecture, system design, code quality, proof of concepts, code reviews, and mentoring.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines on Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake.
- Develop cloud-based data warehouse solutions and reliable data products for financial clients.
- Work with engineers and operational analysts to deliver data for AI/ML models and business intelligence.
- Support implementation and operations teams with platform accelerators and design patterns.
- Automate code distribution releases across client regions and instances.
- Optimize compute and platform infrastructure costs.
- Provide overnight production support for investment accounting, fund accounting, performance data, and client information delivery.
- Investigate data and environment issues and perform impact analysis, root cause analysis, and corrective, adaptive, and perfective maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer or IT-related subject.
- 8+ years of experience.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and oversight across architecture, system design, and code quality.
- Good understanding of AI-enabled programming.
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, initiative, enthusiasm, and self-motivation.
