Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy production AI applications, copilots, retrieval systems, and agentic workflows.
- Translate business problems into scalable technical solutions and develop backend services, APIs, and application architectures.
- Build multi-agent systems, AI agents, workflow automation, and decision-support systems.
- Deploy and operate AI solutions with security, observability, monitoring, evaluation, governance, and reliable production practices.
- Integrate AI applications with enterprise data platforms, APIs, databases, messaging systems, and business applications.
- Deploy and operate containerized applications on Kubernetes, including scaling, service networking, resource management, and production monitoring.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary client teams and contribute reusable accelerators, frameworks, technical assets, and thought leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience building production applications.
- At least 1 year of experience designing and deploying AI or machine learning solutions into production.
- Strong programming experience with Python, Java, C#, Go, TypeScript, or similar languages.
- Experience building scalable backend systems, APIs, distributed applications, AI applications, and production deployment pipelines.
- Experience with evaluation, observability, context engineering, guardrails, AI governance, MLOps, or LLMOps.
- Experience using Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Google Antigravity, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or comparable coding harnesses.
- Experience integrating AI applications with enterprise data sources, APIs, and business systems.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar cloud technologies, and with containers, Kubernetes, serverless platforms, or similar cloud-native technologies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to own technical workstreams while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
- Preferred experience includes FastAPI, Flask, Spring Boot, .NET, Express, multi-agent systems, semantic search, vector databases, knowledge graph retrieval, distributed systems, high-scale cloud applications, large-user deployments, enterprise consulting, data pipelines, and LLM pre-training or fine-tuning.
