Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust backend systems supporting machine-learning operations and data-processing pipelines.
- Develop, deploy, and improve scalable ML systems, AI agents, RAG pipelines, and production-grade AI applications.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure for deploying and operating ML models.
- Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to integrate ML technologies across platforms.
- Work directly with clients and embedded client teams on use-case discovery, product development, and AI deployments.
- Contribute to R&D initiatives and tools that improve AI capabilities, workflows, and platform performance.
- Write organized code and automated unit and end-to-end tests while supporting reliable production deployments.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on ML engineering and production model deployment.
- Extensive full-stack development experience, particularly with backend systems supporting AI/ML workloads.
- Prior direct client experience in use-case discovery, product development, and leading client engagements.
- Strong Python proficiency and deep expertise in LLMs, AI agents, and ML model development.
- Experience designing and deploying scalable ML systems, including RAG pipelines and production-grade AI applications.
- Extensive experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and operational practices for ML workloads.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and other container-management tools.
- Experience with polyglot persistence across SQL and NoSQL systems.
- Experience with MLOps frameworks and model versioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Strong independent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Annual base salary range of R$ 249.000–R$ 409.000 BRL, depending on level and location.
