Base Salary
$156k - $186k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship dependable agentic and LLM-backed AI features in client environments.
- Own a client workstream from understanding the problem through production delivery and documented handoff.
- Integrate solutions with legacy cores, governed data, identity systems, and existing infrastructure.
- Create evaluations, guardrails, runbooks, and handoff materials so clients can operate the systems independently.
- Work directly with client engineers and Praxent Senior Forward Deployed Engineers and Product Managers.
- Navigate compliance, risk reviews, auditability, explainability, model-risk reviews, and security reviews.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience shipping production software on which others depended.
- Fluency in Python and/or TypeScript, with comfort across the stack, containers, CI/CD, and a major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Direct experience with LLM and agentic systems, including RAG, agent frameworks, vector stores, and evaluations, is ideal.
- Experience integrating with messy real-world systems and data rather than only building greenfield software.
- Ability to hold technical conversations with client engineers and work directly with them.
- Experience in banking, lending, or payments, including collaboration with risk and compliance partners, is strongly preferred.
