Senior Full Stack Engineer, Core

Responsibilities
- Build and operate core services and platforms for authentication, data privacy, AI enablement, and internal tooling.
- Own projects end to end from problem definition and technical design through implementation, rollout, and ongoing reliability.
- Partner with product engineers, data teams, and operations partners to create safe, scalable, and usable systems.
- Improve reliability and observability by instrumenting services, debugging production issues, and raising engineering standards.
- Define and strengthen platform patterns including APIs, libraries, service templates, and authentication patterns.
- Write design documents and RFCs, participate in code reviews, and contribute to continuous engineering improvement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience with some combination of Node.js/TypeScript, React or a similar framework, and Postgres or a similar relational database.
- Ability to independently take ambiguous problems from stakeholder alignment through reliable production delivery.
- Experience collaborating across a large organization and managing ownership, dependencies, and execution momentum.
- Understanding of observability and reliability, with the ability to investigate performance, data accuracy, and user experience issues.
- Strong communication, collaboration, feedback, problem-solving, and engineering judgment skills.
- Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools such as Claude Code or Cursor is expected as part of the development workflow.
- GraphQL experience is a plus.
- Bonus experience includes Auth0, OAuth, SSO, session management, privacy and deletion workflows, least-privilege patterns, model gateways, prompt tooling, and provider integrations.

- Base salary range of $150,000–$185,000 per year plus bonus and benefits.
