Responsibilities
- Determine user requirements and identify dependencies with stakeholders.
- Create design documents and develop, implement, optimize, debug, refactor, and reuse production software.
- Drive project plans, release plans, and work items with product and project stakeholders.
- Serve as a Designated Responsible Individual, participate in on-call operations, monitor services, and help restore degraded or interrupted systems.
- Improve product availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance at scale.
- Guide other engineers and incorporate customer feedback during integration or deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience designing, building, and operating production-grade software and services at scale.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact solutions.
- Expertise in complex technical domains such as distributed systems, AI/ML infrastructure, developer platforms, or cloud services is preferred.
- Experience engaging with customers during integration or deployment phases is preferred.
- Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check and other applicable security screenings.
