Base Salary
$181k - $213k/yr
Responsibilities
- Assess current IAM state and revamp IAM strategy across products and platforms.
- Drive IAM implementation as part of a zero-trust security strategy.
- Architect and design cloud-based identity governance and access management solutions.
- Implement RBAC/ABAC based IAM workflows for identity lifecycle management.
- Act as a technical advisor for IT, security, and development teams.
- Partner with Engineering and IT teams to ensure fine-tuned access privileges.
- Establish KPIs, KCIs, and KRIs for IAM control effectiveness.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by designing IAM solutions that meet standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
- Deep understanding of security principles and experience leading large-scale IAM projects.
- Expertise in programming languages related to IAM products.
- Expert level experience in Enterprise Identity Administration & Governance solutions.
- Expert level experience in Adaptive Authentication, OAuth, OpenID, SAML.
- Expert level experience with identity stack and cloud IAM products.
- Expert level experience with privileged access management solutions.
- Knowledge of operating systems and database management systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to act as a Business Systems Analyst for technology-agnostic requirements.
- Continuous improvement mindset with up-to-date IAM trends.
- Experience with risk management aligned with organizational compliance.
- Relevant security certifications are highly desirable.
