Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
- Develop AI-powered applications and autonomous agents using Python and modern AI frameworks.
- Design and implement agentic AI solutions for planning, reasoning, orchestration, and tool invocation.
- Integrate AI agents and LLMs with enterprise systems using REST APIs, GraphQL, MCP, and event-driven architectures.
- Deploy cloud-native applications on AWS using services including Lambda, EKS, EC2, S3, SNS, SQS, IAM, and API Gateway.
- Build responsive web applications with ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Design high-performance relational database solutions using Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or DB2.
- Build CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Implement observability with Splunk, Datadog, or CloudWatch.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable enterprise solutions.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Amazon Kiro.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate/JPA.
- Strong Python programming experience and hands-on experience developing AI agents or agentic workflows.
- Experience integrating LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Amazon Bedrock Agents.
- Experience building REST APIs and GraphQL services.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven design.
- Experience with ReactJS, TypeScript, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS cloud services, SQL, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Git and Maven.
- Preferred experience includes Amazon Bedrock, AWS AI services, enterprise AI assistants, copilots, conversational AI, MCP, A2A communication, Keycloak, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Tableau, Power BI, vector databases, RAG, embeddings, semantic search, Kafka, JMS, and messaging platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
