Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and support AI-driven automation solutions for network operations, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
- Develop automation workflows using APIs, orchestration platforms, enterprise systems, and AI technologies.
- Build, deploy, and maintain N/N+1 lab environments for telecommunications platforms, automation systems, and OSS ecosystems.
- Create production-like test environments and perform software upgrades, feature validation, interoperability testing, and operational readiness activities.
- Onboard network infrastructure, applications, and services into automation and operational platforms.
- Validate provisioning, activation, assurance, inventory management, lifecycle management, connectivity, configuration accuracy, and operational data integrity.
- Analyze logs, telemetry, events, and operational datasets; perform root-cause analysis and resolve integration issues.
- Contribute to observability, monitoring, operational intelligence, AI, machine learning, generative AI, test automation, predictive analytics, log analysis, event correlation, anomaly detection, and workflow optimization initiatives.
- Create deployment guides, validation plans, onboarding procedures, architecture documentation, troubleshooting runbooks, and operational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Experience working with telecommunications network environments such as IP, transport, optical, wireless, or service delivery architectures.
- Knowledge of OSS platforms, network lifecycle management, service provisioning, activation, inventory, assurance, and operational workflows.
- Understanding of network automation, orchestration, controller-based architectures, operational support systems, observability, telemetry, monitoring, and performance management.
- Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages used for automation, testing, and analytics.
- Experience with APIs, microservices, distributed systems, enterprise platform integrations, Linux/Unix, Git, containers, CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and scalable software solutions.
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, generative AI, intelligent automation, or advanced analytics, including applying AI to operational use cases.
- Preferred experience with telecommunications service providers, network operators, large-scale enterprise networks, OSS modernization, network transformation, cloud-native platforms, autonomous networks, software-defined networking, network orchestration, observability platforms, or AI-powered operations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, collaboration, and requirements-translation skills.
