- Develop automated UI, API, integration, and end-to-end test frameworks and suites.
- Partner with software engineers in design discussions to improve testability and defect prevention.
- Triage, diagnose, and help resolve issues discovered across teams.
- Create and execute manual test cases when automation is not suitable.
- Convert manual tests to automated tests where possible.
- Contribute to robust, fault-tolerant, scalable, and cloud-native product solutions.
- Lead and deliver multiple projects while reviewing team members’ code.
- Design software programs or systems, build testing frameworks, and improve system performance and usability.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on software test development experience, including functional and non-functional testing.
- Strong experience with Python or another object-oriented language.
- Experience building or improving test automation frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD integration and pipeline development using Jenkins, Spinnaker, or similar tools.
- Experience with UI automation tools such as Selenium, Robot, or Watir.
- Experience with Gherkin and BDD/TDD practices.
- Knowledge of software engineering practices and Agile approaches.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or an equivalent degree or work experience.
- Ability to take on challenges and collaborate effectively in a team.
