
Senior Technical Architect - Patient CRM

Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery workshops and define integration requirements and architectural best practices
- Design and document end-to-end integration flows between Patient CRM and external entities such as hubs, specialty pharmacies, and data aggregators
- Explain complex technical and integration concepts to business and IT audiences
- Use the Vault platform to build scalable, high-performance solutions
- Plan, manage, and perform API configuration, middleware orchestration, and batch data processing
- Monitor technical interdependencies across workstreams and mitigate project risks
- Develop technical implementation methodologies and reusable integration assets
- Support pre-sales through technical architecture reviews, scope definition, and responses to complex functional inquiries
- Collaborate with Product and Strategy teams to improve technical capabilities and product excellence
- Mentor junior technical consultants
Requirements
- 7+ years of technical consulting or technical architecture experience
- Proven life sciences expertise focused on patient support and patient engagement
- Deep knowledge of middleware, direct REST/SOAP APIs, and secure batch file sharing
- Experience architecting data exchanges among CRM platforms, hubs, specialty pharmacies, and other entities
- Ability to influence senior IT management through technical subject matter expertise
- Ability to explain complex data mapping and vendor integration concepts to varied stakeholders
- Strong solution design skills focused on data integrity and security
- Ability to manage multiple technical workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a lean, agile, evolving startup-like environment is preferred
- Experience building or leading a technical service offering within a software vendor environment is preferred
- Experience developing and refining technical delivery frameworks and best practices is preferred
- Ability to coach junior team members toward successful technical project delivery is preferred
