Base Salary

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery workshops to define integration requirements.
Design and document end-to-end integration flows between Patient CRM and external entities.
Articulate complex technical and integration concepts to business and IT audiences.
Develop expertise in the Vault platform for scalable solutions.
Plan and perform technical build activities, including API configurations.
Identify and monitor technical interdependencies to mitigate project risk.
Contribute to the development of technical implementation methodologies.
Support pre-sales activities with technical architecture reviews.
Collaborate with Product and Strategy teams for product excellence.
Mentor junior technical consultants.

7+ years of technical consulting or architecture experience.
Proven expertise in Life Sciences, focusing on patient support and engagement.
Deep knowledge of modern integration approaches, including Middleware and APIs.
Experience architecting data exchanges between CRM platforms and other entities.
Ability to influence senior IT management through technical expertise.
Adept at simplifying complex data mapping for stakeholders.
Strong solution design skills focused on data integrity and security.
Ability to manage multiple technical workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible travel requirements, with up to 25% travel.
