Base Salary
$130k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of software developers while maintaining productivity, work quality, and output.
- Organize project launches, demonstrations, post-project reviews, and other project-specific processes.
- Coordinate team communications, status updates, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing.
- Report team progress, status, and potential issues to the Project Manager.
- Improve team performance, development processes, and delivery quality.
- Balance workloads based on priorities, capacity, and project requirements.
- Maintain and enhance existing computer programs and make required software modifications.
- Identify issues, recommend solutions, and prepare software-related reports, manuals, and documentation.
- Apply current technology knowledge to develop software designs and implement high-quality system components.
- Ensure component design integrity and quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Hands-on software development experience sufficient to modify and enhance existing software programs.
- Expert knowledge of current technologies and software design practices.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, coordinate software developers, and support high-quality delivery.
- Ability to communicate project status, priorities, technical information, and team updates.
- Ability to identify performance barriers, resolve issues, and recommend software solutions.
