
Technical Architect
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and expectations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Lead technical design sessions and document solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Provide technical oversight and governance for Salesforce projects.
- Define and follow coding standards and lead project code reviews.
- Lead custom development, integrations, and data migration for Salesforce implementations.
- Debug project issues and support technical delivery.
- Participate in occasional pre-sales discovery, technical deep-dive sessions, and proof-of-concept development.
- Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations.
- Maintain target billable utilization and travel to client sites as required.
Requirements
- Strong CRM experience with a solid Salesforce platform background.
- Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Clouds.
- Experience designing scalable, performance-driven systems and understanding architecture patterns and large-data-volume limitations.
- Knowledge of data sharing, visibility, and platform architecture considerations.
- Familiarity with SAML, SSO, and OAuth authentication patterns.
- Experience with data integration tools and integrating Salesforce with business systems, including ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, and reporting systems.
- Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies.
- Experience with Salesforce platform security capabilities, including TLS and SSL.
- Expert-level experience defining system architecture landscapes, identifying current-to-desired-state gaps, and delivering comprehensive solutions.
- Strong background in designing and developing large web-based systems or exposure to the complete software product lifecycle.
- Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire.
