Base Salary
$173k - $310k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver full-stack features that support AI agent security.
- Own services and user experiences from development through production, including operating what you build.
- Design and ship front-end and backend solutions that integrate AI-driven capabilities into HR and Finance workflows.
- Collaborate with machine learning engineers, product managers, security partners, and platform teams.
- Share knowledge, mentor teammates, and raise the technical bar across the engineering pod.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of software engineering experience or equivalent educational background.
- At least 5 years of experience writing performant backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Go, Python, or another modern object-oriented language.
- At least 5 years of experience with React and TypeScript for front-end or full-stack development.
- Experience designing full-stack applications end to end.
- Experience with identity federation and standards including OAuth2, OIDC, or Decentralized Identifiers.
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience.
- Familiarity with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
- Experience building and operating products in cloud environments, with AWS preferred and GCP or Azure also relevant.
- Familiarity with cryptographic libraries for digital signatures and attestation verification.
- Knowledge of software development best practices including DevOps, automated testing, and observability.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Success working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and strong communication skills.
