Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and customer success to understand workflows, pain points, and technical requirements.
- Design and deploy customized solutions integrating Nuvo’s platform with customer systems.
- Build custom features for complex customers with guidance from senior engineers.
- Work cross-functionally with customer success, product, engineering, and business teams.
- Bring customer and field insights back to inform Nuvo’s product roadmap.
- Help customers maximize the value of Nuvo’s products.
Requirements
- Strong computer science fundamentals and evidence of building software end to end through internships, open source, hackathons, or side projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
- Ability to translate customer business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Resourcefulness and willingness to rapidly develop practical solutions.
- Ownership, curiosity, and enthusiasm for working in an early-stage company.
- Awareness of advancements in engineering techniques, systems, and tooling.
