Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize AI use cases with business teams.
Design, build, deploy, and scale AI services, including LLM and RAG solutions.
Deliver working AI solutions quickly and integrate them into business processes.
Own solutions from initial request through development and delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders and external development partners.
Explain technical choices to stakeholders at all levels.
Help teams adopt AI and share effective practices across the organization.

Strong hands-on experience independently developing and deploying AI solutions.
Practical experience with Microsoft services, particularly Azure, and Anthropic’s Claude suite.
Knowledge of machine learning, LLMs, RAG, and data engineering practices.
Clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Relevant master’s degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in operational and strategic technology roles in an industrial setting.

The role can be based in Prague with remote working, or in Hamburg with a 50/50 office arrangement.
Working from home up to 50% of the time.
