Responsibilities
- Write and ship production code daily while reviewing peers' pull requests.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Prebid.js and Prebid Server.
- Stay current on Prebid.js and Prebid Server releases and emerging standards.
- Own the header bidding wrapper end to end, including architecture and feature integration.
- Work with Google Ad Manager, ensuring deep knowledge of its features.
- Maintain high quality standards for client-side scripts running on publisher sites.
- Measure and protect Core Web Vitals and ensure optimal on-page performance.
- Take ownership of deployed solutions and address critical issues as they arise.
Requirements
- Deep expertise with Prebid.js, including wrapper configuration and bid adapters.
- In-depth knowledge of the auction lifecycle.
- Experience with Prebid Server and server-side adapter configuration.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ad Manager and its capabilities.
- 4+ years of experience in JavaScript development, with substantial TypeScript experience.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform for deploying high-throughput services.
- Broad ad tech fluency, including OpenRTB and SSP/DSP integrations.
- Strong experience with asynchronous programming and client-server architecture.
- Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
